Thoughtful work, from the start

A home built around your life.

From pre-construction through final walkthrough, a dedicated project manager coordinates architects, engineers, trades, inspections, and owner decisions.

Coastal, hillside, and urban lots each bring different constraints. We surface those early so budget and timeline stay honest.

What we can plan with you

  • Site and plan review
  • Foundation and framing
  • Kitchen and bath construction
  • Interior and exterior finishes
  • Trade and inspection coordination
  • Final walkthrough and punch list

The final inclusions are confirmed in your written proposal. Engineering, specialist trade work, and permits are coordinated as the project requires.

Before you begin

Good questions.
Clear next steps.

A little planning now helps you make better decisions about the work ahead.

Do you work with our architect?

Yes. Coastline regularly builds from architect-led designs and coordinates constructability, bidding, and field execution.

When should a GC join the process?

Earlier is better . ideally during design development . so cost, sequencing, and site logistics inform the drawings.

How do you handle allowances and changes?

Allowances and change orders are documented in writing with schedule and cost impact before work proceeds.

What affects the cost of custom home construction?

Access, existing conditions, dimensions, materials, engineering, and permit requirements all affect the proposal. A site-specific written scope is more useful than an online price guess.

Where do you work?

Our primary service area is Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Tell us the project address so we can confirm fit and availability.

Let's talk about your project

A great result
starts with a conversation.

Tell us what you have in mind and where the work is located. We will review the details and contact you to discuss a site visit and the next steps.
