Before you begin
Good questions.
Clear next steps.
A little planning now helps you make better decisions about the work ahead.
Can you patch only damaged areas?
Sometimes. Matching texture and color on aged stucco has limits we discuss honestly.
Is stucco waterproof?
Stucco is part of a weather-resistive system. Flashings and drainage planes matter.
Do you handle foam trim and details?
When scoped. Details are planned with the finish system, not added late.
What affects the cost of stucco & exterior finishes?
Access, existing conditions, dimensions, materials, engineering, and permit requirements all affect the proposal. A site-specific written scope is more useful than an online price guess.
