We manage and coordinate licensed mechanical subcontractors under the GC package.
When is HVAC rough-in scheduled?
During framing/MEP phase . before insulation and drywall.
Can you upgrade systems in an occupied home?
Yes with a protection and temporary comfort plan.
What affects the cost of hvac & mechanical?
Access, existing conditions, dimensions, materials, engineering, and permit requirements all affect the proposal. A site-specific written scope is more useful than an online price guess.
