How to request deletion
To request deletion of personal data associated with Coastline DC, email coastlinedc@gmail.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
What to include
To help us locate and verify your request, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address and/or phone number you used when contacting us
- Any project address or approximate date of your inquiry, if known
- A brief note that you are requesting deletion of your personal data
Verification
Coastline DC Inc will verify identity where appropriate before deleting personal data. We may ask for reasonable confirming details so we do not delete the wrong person’s information.
What happens next
We will delete personal data associated with your request unless retention is legally required (for example certain business, tax, or dispute-related records). Where retention is required, we will limit use of that information to the required purpose.
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more time, we will let you know.
Meta / Facebook lead form data
Meta/Facebook users may use the same request process for data Coastline DC Inc received through Meta lead forms. Email coastlinedc@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the contact details you submitted on the form.
