Account for shared-building logistics
For a condo or other managed property, provide current requirements for delivery access, elevators, staging and working arrangements. Do not assume that a cabinet that fits the finished wall will pass through every corridor. We review those constraints with the proposed cabinet sections before fabrication.
Improve storage without crowding the room
Show us doors, windows, furniture and the areas where circulation feels tight. For kitchens, drawer movement and appliance doors need to be considered together. For entertainment centers, a measured mix of shallow and deeper storage may be more useful than making every part the same depth.
Review the complete alteration scope
Santa Monica has its own plan-review process. Cabinetry that is part of a project involving utilities, walls or other alterations should be considered with the entire scope. Building-management permission and municipal approval are separate questions; neither should be inferred from the other.
Kitchen cabinets, entertainment centers and built-ins
Plan kitchen cabinets around appliances, pantry storage, preparation space and everyday access. For an entertainment center, specify the screen, components, cable paths and ventilation needs. Custom wall units and walk-in closet cabinetry can combine drawers, shelves and hanging space around the way you use the room.
Cabinet dimensions, materials, finish, hardware, wall conditions and installation access affect the proposal and schedule. Removal, countertops, electrical, plumbing and structural work are identified separately in the agreed scope. Final pricing and timing follow a project review.

Do you work on cabinetry in managed buildings?
We can review the request after seeing the unit and its applicable access requirements. Provide management instructions early so delivery and installation can be planned realistically.
Do you make the cabinets in your own shop?
Yes. We make custom cabinets in our own shop in Reseda and provide installation at the project property. Contact us to discuss the project and arrange any meeting; do not assume walk-in showroom hours.
Can you make kitchen cabinets and an entertainment center?
Yes. We can review either service or a coordinated cabinetry package. Share the room dimensions, appliance or TV specifications and the storage you need. Final details are confirmed after a project review.
